About us

Assi Services Group Pty Ltd (trading as Rove Financial) provides credit assistance as a credit representative authorised under an Australian Credit Licence. Our licence and representative numbers are provided in your written credit proposal and are available on request.

The assistance we provide

We assess your requirements and objectives, review your financial situation, and suggest or assist you to apply for credit that is not unsuitable for you. We arrange residential, investment, construction, business, commercial and asset finance.

Our responsible lending obligations

• Make reasonable enquiries about your requirements and objectives
• Make reasonable enquiries about your financial situation
• Take reasonable steps to verify that information
• Assess whether the credit contract is unsuitable for you
• Provide you with a copy of our assessment on request, free of charge

How we are paid

Where a loan settles, the lender generally pays us an upfront commission and may pay an ongoing trail commission. These amounts vary between lenders. The specific commissions payable in relation to your loan are disclosed in your credit proposal before you proceed. Where a fee is payable by you, it is disclosed and agreed in writing beforehand.

Referrals

If you were referred to us, we may pay the referrer a share of the commission we receive. Any such arrangement is disclosed to you in your credit proposal.

If something goes wrong

If we cannot resolve your concern to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) at afca.org.au or 1800 931 678. AFCA provides fair and independent financial services complaint resolution that is free to consumers.
